Since opening our first Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Pittsburgh in 1980, our guiding philosophy has evolved from improving our customers’ everyday access to health information and prescriptions, to providing caring services that drive adherence and improve quality of life.
In that time, our business has grown to over 200 pharmacies serving more than two million customers throughout Western Pennsylvania, Central and Northern Ohio, Northern West Virginia and Western Maryland.
In 2011, recognizing a strong need for continuity of care among our patients dealing with complex medical conditions, we expanded into Specialty Pharmacy services.
