Choice & Convenience
We strive to make the process of filling and refilling your medications as quick and easy as possible. We offer several convenient options for getting your prescriptions. Choose from the following options:
- Pick up your prescriptions at a Giant Eagle Pharmacy retail location near you. Find a Pharmacy
- We can ship medications to your provider’s office, your home or your place of work (some restrictions apply; not available in all areas).
Either way, you get all the same comprehensive care and support from our Specialty team members, with the added value of choice!
Your provider can send your prescriptions to us via email, fax or phone. We also welcome you to bring your written prescription in to your local Giant Eagle retail pharmacy. No matter how your physician chooses to deliver your prescription to us, the team at our Specialty Facility will expertly dispense your medication.
Rest assured that our Patient Care Coordinator Team will be with you throughout every step of your therapy, staying in close contact to help schedule refills and manage the pickup or delivery process. We will also reach out to your provider to obtain new prescriptions when needed.
